Project Overview This project involved the design and delivery of a substantial new-build family home in Eccles, Greater Manchester, for a private client seeking an exceptional residential property. The scheme comprised a six-bedroom detached dwelling of approximately 4,500 sq.ft — designed to a luxury specification throughout, with considered architecture, high-quality materials, and interiors tailored to the client's brief. The principal challenge was delivering a project of this scale and quality to programme and budget. Studio Tashkeel led the design and secured planning permission, with Tashkeel Developments acting as main contractor — managing all subcontracted packages from groundworks through to fit-out and handover. The result is a completed, owner-occupied luxury home — taken from initial concept to keys under a single, integrated team.
