Design Consultation, Measured Survey & Site Visit
If you just need a Design Consultation visit, book one here.
Alternatively, if you’re proceeding with a formal start, book a measured survey here.
Our team visits your property to take precise measurements.
We photograph and analyse the site conditions.

Survey, photos, initial feasibility check

Concept Design & Feedback
We will develop design proposals based on your needs and site constraints.
You will receive layout options (and mood references if you’ve opted for Interior Design service).
We will organise a meeting either online or in the office to discuss your feedback.
We will continue to refine the design accordingly & if needed, this step can be repeated until you're completely satisfied with the design proposals.

Create drawings and explore layouts

RIBA Stage 3 Equivalent: Planning Application
(This stage is relevant if planning is required for your project.)
We prepare and submit your planning application.
We act as your ‘Agent’ and liaise with the council.
We keep you updated during the 8–10 week wait.
What You’ll Need:
Patience during council review, prepare a Budget for third-party consultants if necessitated by the council.
What We Do:
Submit drawings, manage communication between all parties, prepare any architectural information required during this stage, liaise with third parties and seek reports (as requested from council).

RIBA Stage 4 Equivalent: Technical Design & Building Regulations
(Stage to commence after Planning Approval)
We prepare Building Control-compliant technical drawings.
Structural Engineer and other consultants (if required) are involved.
We submit drawings for Building Regulations approval.
What You’ll Need:
Budget for third-party consultants such as Engineers, Approved Inspectors, etc.
What We Do:
Co-ordinate compliance, manage approvals

Contractor Selection & Costing
You choose to self-manage, or we recommend trusted contractors.
Quotes and timescales are reviewed.
Final tweaks to the scope of works or layout/design amendments as needed.
What You’ll Need:
Decision-making on budget and scope
What We Do:
Support with costing and handover.

Construction & Aftercare
Contractor begins work on the site.
We conduct site visits from time to time to inspect work and ensure compliance and to ensure that the design is being followed.
We remain available for clarifications or further services.
You enjoy your completed space.
